Changes to Roadside Coverages for 2009 and Forward

VW announced on January 10,2012: “We are please to announce we are now covering the following Roadside Assistance services for MY2009 (and forward) vehicles:

• Towing (n=mechanical breakdowns and collisions)
• Jump Start
• Tire Changes (new)
• Lock Out (new)
• Fuel Delivery (new)

Note that winching is not covered and is customer pay in all cases.  This is NOT retroactive, meaning that any 2009MY or 2010MY customer who paid for one of these services is NOT entitled to reimbursement-the coverage is going forward ONLY.
